Announcement of China Boqi Branch Signs Shenmei FGD Contract
Legal person Beijing Boqi Electric Power Sci & Tech Co Ltd (Headquarters Address: Fengtai District, Beijing, R.P.China, Legal Representative: Cheng Liquan), a local branch of China Boqi Environmental Solutions Technology (Holding) Co Ltd, has signed a contract with China’s Shenyang Coal Trade (Group) Co Ltd to provide equipment procurement and transportation services for the Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) system for two 200MW power generation units in the Shenmei Hongyang Energy mine-mouth coal gangue power plant (Contract #1).
Beijing Boqi Electric Power also signs another contract with Shenyang Coal Trade to provide engineering, commissioning and project management services for the same FGD system (Contract #2). Notice hereby:
１．Reasons:
Shenyang Coal Trade (Group) Co Ltd is a big conglomerate whose business scope covers coal production, power generation, construction material production, project construction, industrial equipment manufacturing and real estate development, with coal production being the core business.
Total value of Contract #1 is around 47.122 million Chinese Yuan (about 619 million Japanese Yen（note）), that of Contract #2 amounts around 3.188 million Chinese Yuan (about 42 million Japanese Yen).
２．Contract Content:
（1）Contract #1 Overview
Ø Parties: Beijing Boqi Electric Power and Shenyang Coal Trade
Ø Work Scope: Beijing Boqi Electric Power to provide equipment procurement and transportation services for the Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) system for two 200MW power generation units in the Shenmei Hongyang Energy mine-mouth coal gangue power plant
Ø Value: In consideration of providing above equipments and services, Beijing Boqi Electric Power will receive around 47.122 million Chinese Yuan (about 619 million Japanese Yen) from Shenyang Coal Trade
Ø Validity: from January 2009 to August 2010
